The Invasive and Introduced Species Section offers two $500 awards to support student travel to the American Fisheries Society Annual Meeting. Students receiving the award must be a member (or become a member) of the IISS, give an oral or poster presentation on research involving introduced aquatic species, and attend the IISS Business Meeting. All eligible students (PhD, MS, or undergraduate) are encouraged to apply through a google form that is updated annually. The application will be reviewed by the Selection Committee made up of members of the IISS.
